Our endeavor to upgrade our present Audio System at our home with Pueo Audio far exceeded our expectations. Chad helped us make smart choices in modernizing our Home Theater System & Audio System. We had them mount a TV and Soundbar, which we later decided to skip the soundbar. Without any hesitation, Pueo Audio removed the soundbar and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Pueo Audio also decluttered our “many audio components” to “two components.” Our outdoor speakers and amplifier also got refreshed with new equipment. They effortlessly brought our entertainment system to the 21st century and even utilized the existing wiring. Our Projector required troubleshooting; during the service, the lamps got replenished. Problems with our Whole Home Automation System lead us to contact Pueo Audio. We initially used another networking & installation company to set up our system. I mentioned to Chad, Pueo Audio, ‘Our system never fully worked for years, our internet has been down for weeks, and hence the call to see if they would be able to help. It certainly wasn’t an easy task.’ Their promptness, technical expertise, identification of the problem, and expedient resolutions (reversed engineered) allowed us to continue our daily lives with minimal interruption.
